( ) Space is a conceptual adaptive reuse study for a co-working office space located in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward neighborhood near the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park.  The two story building features a long, steep ramp from the sidewalk which would serve as an amenity space and access directly to the upper level.  The ground floor contains the interior amenity spaces which include a shared kitchen, a variety of conference rooms, concierge, and personal lockers.  The upper level houses office suites and additional conference rooms.  In addition to the ramp, exterior amenity space is built around flexible and comfortable collaboration spaces meant to serve tenant needs, while being capable of handling private social events.
