EMMI RESIDENCES

Located in upper Midtown, the Emmi is Atlanta’s newest luxury apartment tower with over 300 units spread across 21 levels.  Our team was tasked with leading the interior design and furniture design for over 13,000 sf of amenity spaces on multiple levels. With hospitality at the forefront of the decision-making, comfortable seating groups are dispersed around a communal bar to welcome residents to a relaxed social environment reminiscent of a hotel lobby.  This curvilinear form stands in contrast against the formal nature of the building’s exterior architecture.  Continuing the intriguing experience up to level 10, the lounge captures sweeping sunset views of Atlanta.  A series of custom fabricated steel and glass arched partitions break down the scale of the lounge offering residents areas to lounge and unwind among vintage rugs and plush seating environments. The amenity level culminates into a smaller pool lounge containing an abundant lighting gesture and rich textures.
