Eden at Lakeview is an apartment community located minutes from downtown Alpharetta and along Lakeview Park. Our team was responsible for the interior architecture and design of the public and amenity spaces for the residences. Pulling from the local vernacular, we utilized natural materials, honed textures, and elements with hand crafted motifs. Warm white oak paneling and ceiling articulation welcome guests to the lobby creating an extension of their living room. Custom forest green leather clad reception desks, plaid banquettes, and iron and glass dividers all work together to elevate the inviting space. There’s a relaxed, almost recreational, feeling that balances the areas of activity and leisure within the design. Throughout the amenity spaces, the design was derived from a traditional aesthetic through a contemporary lens.
