The Mercury serves classic American fare and a curated bar experience inspired by the relaxed glamour of mid-century cocktail culture. The restaurant is inside Atlanta’s Ponce City Market— one of the country’s largest adaptive reuse projects—and was constructed within an existing shell with raw finishes and exposed structural and mechanical elements. The restaurant’s name was borrowed from the NASA Project Mercury program, and the space race of the late-1950s served as our inspiration for the design.
