Located in Krog Street Market, a converted warehouse near downtown Atlanta, this restaurant expands the chef-owner's successful boutique charcuterie into a full-service restaurant and bar. Facing the market hall, a to-go stall provides some of the chef's favorite cuts, and further inside is the dining space. Design features take cues from the tradition of preparing and storing cured meats, while honoring the character of the old industrial structure.
